Job description:

Due to significant growth and success in their space, this leading Global  ECM Software vendor has a rare opening for a Senior Solution Consultant. The role is based in Melbourne but will require ad -hoc regional travel.

The company have acquired further BPM solutions capabilities and ideally would like someone who has that strong background in understanding Technology solutions in this space to they offer real business consulting knowledge when talking to their tier one clients.

The scope of this position will see you work very closely with the Sales Team and Account Managers. It's a company that offers extensive training, a mature environment backed by a global network of offices.

Your background

• 5+ years in Pre sales and/or Post-Sales Experience with working in  Enterprise Business Applications  with a strong background  in client engagement with a leading software vendor or IT consultancy firm
• ECM experience
• BPM / Workflow software knowledge  ( Metastorm, Opentext, SAP NetWeaver etc)
• Solid experience working with Finance and Banking organisation at a C level
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• SAP knowledge is highly advantageous

Key responsibilities & primary duties include:

• Create and present customised solution-oriented demonstrations
• Research and respond to technical inquires from customer and prospects including tender responses
• Prepare and deliver formal technical presentations to prospects, customers and partners
• Assist in providing technical recommendations and configuration scenarios to prospective customers
• Assist in the delivery of proof of concept and model office environments
