Job description:

A renowned IT Services Organisation is recruiting a talented client facing IT Business Analyst with some experience of delivering business process management solutions (or utilising the BPM toolset).

Working in a fast-paced agile delivery environment, you will find yourself working on a huge variety of projects, liaising with people from all walks of life and across a multitude of cultures. You will be presented with the opportunity to work alongside some of the industrys leading Business Analysts within an organisation that values and recognises the importance of this role.

You will have the opportunity to simplify complex IT Systems Integration solutions for customers in all industries and in a variety of locations across the UK. You will be part of a BPM global practice.

The successful Business Analyst will have a good knowledge and understanding of how to structure a process improvement initiative and how to facilitate the client through a pragmatic decision making process, setting project and programme objectives, leading the development of the business use cases or user stories needed to drive the agile development cycle.

You must:

• Have experience of process decomposition, process/ data analysis, scoping, optimization (ideally with Lean Six Sigma training / certification)
• Be able to identify key opportunities, build business case, prioritized roadmap and show Return on Investment
• Be able to enforce delivery of Key Performance Indicators, Service Level Agreements and scoreboards
• Have demonstrable experience with process design, requirements gathering, including process decomposition and facilitation skills, and critical analysis and reporting skills

My client has a number of BPM (Business Process Management) projects in the pipeline and is therefore ideally looking for:

• Hands on experience of delivering process excellence through BPM solutions, coupled with the aptitude and desire to operate under the Agile project methodology.
• Experience of BPM packages e.g. IBM BPM, Adobe, Appian, Global 360, MetaStorm, Oracle, Pega, Savvian etc.
